My girl, Thing One, Mary graduates from 8th grade today!!!
When did I become old enough to have a high schooler? I'm still in my twenties, right? sigh.
So congrats to my girl, she's beautiful, smart, fit, and funny. She's going to rock the world in a big way.
Congrats to your daughter. She's beautiful :-)
ReplyDeleteshe really is amazingly beautiful and Im sure she's all that other more important stuff too.

ReplyDeleteOh, Travis...do go on. ;)
ReplyDeleteAh, I remember that day -- those two days, actually -- as both my girls graduated junior school. It's magical. Congrats to all of you. Beauty, Smarts, and Light shine from your photos!

ReplyDeleteCongrats Thing 1! And congrats to you proud mama! My daughter is finishing her freshman year and the WORLD is different (car dates, boyfriends, HIGH SCHOOL sports--I know you guys do the club thing, so that last may not be as big a change for you, but my daughter did three sports this year and it was pretty darned intense.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, best of luck with the transition--and KEEP TALKING TO HER. Things are about to get real.
Thanks Hart. I will. We talk about everything and I hope it stays that way. :) This high school thing makes me nervous. I know how I was in high school, and let's just say, I don't want her even doing HALF the things I did. ;)
