Two books I've been waiting at least a year for are Sarah Rees Brennan's Unmade and Maggie Stiefvater's Sinner. Unmade was the last in an amazing trilogy and it was glorious and hilarious and heart-wrenching. Sinner was not going to exist, so when Maggie announced it, it was amazing. The writing of both ladies is just incredible. :)
