Worse than last week. Of course, I'm probably still gaining muscle because I'm exercising regularly, but I KNOW I maybe didn't eat all that good this week. Sheesh, making myself accountable to the world isn't working yet. I'm still working it though.
Time to get serious. This is getting ridiculous!!
I feel your pain! I haven't even been dieting and exercising a full week, and already I've cheated a little. Hang in there! :)
ReplyDeleteI am all for diet and exercise, and good for you!!! Remember though dear, this is a lifestyle choice, and you have your whole life to get thinner, better, faster, stronger. Don't be too hard on yourself when you're not living up to expectations.
